Conditions

The prices are per apartment or suite room and night.

In the price included:

• laundryservice: towels, bed linen and kitchen laundry
• wellness
• possibility of daily cleaning with a surcharge of 20.00 Euro per hour per apartment
• Daily cleaning service in the suite rooms is included in the price

From 01.01.2015 the tourist tax of € 1.10 per person per day from the age of 14 must be added to the indicated prices.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and the cost is:

• Apartments for 4/6 people € 80.00

Children and extra beds:
Up to 2 children, younger than 4 years of age, each one pays 10.00 Euro per overnight stay (by using the cradle).
A child between 4 and 6 years of age, pays 50% of the room price, per person and overnight stay (in extra bed).
A child between 7 and 12 years of age, pays 70% of the room price, per person and overnight stay (in extra bed).
A child older than 12 years of age or an adult pays 35.00 Euro per person and overnight stay (in extra bed).
Maximum number of cradles allowed is 2.
Maximum number of extra beds allowed is 1.
Each kind of extra bed or cradle is available on demand and after previous confirmation by the Residence.

Pets are allowed on demand only in Apartment nr. 1, 4
Supplement for small pets: € 10.00 / € 15.00 per day

Visa, Euro/Mastercard, ATM card, CartaSi, UnionPay credit card, EC-Card.
The Residence reserves the right to check the authorization of the credit card prior to arrival.
